To expand our Customer Service department in Nieuw-Amsterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague order entry. For this position we require availability of a minimum of 32 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week.

What you day at the office looks like

As an employee of the Customer Service department, you are at the beginning of the logistic processes. You ensure that drivers go to the right destination and that customers are satisfied. In this position you are responsible for order administration and processing of incoming transport orders.

You check the incoming orders and see at a glance if there are any special features. If an order is not completely correct, you will immediately contact the (transport) planners or the customer to ensure that the order is correct. It is a responsible job, through your control you ensure that the drivers go to the right customer with the right freight and documents.

We ask

  • You preferably have completed a mbo course in logistics or transportation
  • You have excellent communicationt skills, both spoken and written in the Dutch and English language
